The released Biafran activist who were charged for Terrorism, Treasonable Felony, Conspiracy and other groundless charges, were granted Bail on charges bailable in Magistrate Court and Abia State High Court, where granted Bail on charges bailable in the Courts.

IPOB Legal Team filed Motions for Bail in Magistrate and High Court, upon which they were granted Bail.

Bail Perfection of the accused, were also perfected by IPOB, which led to their Freedom.
