Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), has revealed condition at which he will call off election boycott in the southeast and south-south.
Speaking during a broadcast on Radio Biafra in London on Saturday, Nnamdi Kanu said he will call off the boycott if the federal government complies with his demands, which include signing a document that he handed them.
“Those pressuring me to call off the election boycott know what to do, sign that document I gave to you and I will call off the election boycott,” he said.
Meanwhile, Kanu did not clearly state the content of the document he said, he handed to the federal government of Nigeria.
He also reiterated the call for the election boycott of 16 February, saying that it is the only way to achieve Biafra.
