BREAKING!! Biafra: Nigeria Prosecutor Dies While Trying IPOB Activists For Treasonable Felony — Report

This is to inform the public that, The Prosecutor who charged IPOB activists illicitly arrested during the 20th January 2017 Donald Trump IPOB Rally, is dead.

According to report obtained by ECO CITY REPORTERS, This announcement was made in the court, by the New State Counsel, as he plead for adjournment so to study the case file, left by the deceased prosecutor, who died of a mysterious ailment.

The Four IPOB activists were remanded in Prison custody in 2017, facing frivolous charges devoid of a substantial evidence to butress the Treasonable felony and other charges. The only exhibits presented before the Court, was an IPOB Muffler, Hat and Flags.

The deceased prosecutor who is bent on frustrating the freedom of the activists by making demands of huge sum of Money to aid strike out the false charges, had his offer turned down by IPOB Legal Team and the activists.

The deceased was asked to face the IPOB Legal counsels in court and has been repeatedly embarrassed by Law, which led to lengthy adjournments seeked by him.

The matter was adjourned, as the presiding Judge ruled the New prosecutor be allowed to study the case file and convince the court on why the application for Bail should not be granted.
