The former presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Adamu Garba has expressed his thoughts about Biafra and Oduduwa agitation. Truth be told, no one can deny the fact that this is a delicate issue and must be handled sensitively.
In an interview with root television, Mr. Garba made his point clear the “Nigeria will not break up” because of these agitators. When he asked his opinion about “Oduduwa”. He commended Sunday Igboho for his pragmatic approach to an extent, but also blamed him because of the recent developments and methods they are adopting in their cause.
“Let make this clear, Nigeria as a sovereign entity can never break, and can never fall under their pressure as well. So saying that they will leave, is a typical lie because that can happen. But every still falls back to devolution. Oduduwa can have their own in Nigeria. Likewise, Biafra and Arewa respectively.
Therefore, it's still good if they all exist under a reconfigured ‘Nigeria’. But for their exit count that out, because that is not happening.”
