A video has emerged online showing the United Nations delegates walking out on President Muhammadu Buhari leaving him in an almost empty hall while he was delivering a speech.

ORIENTAL TIMES Wednesday reported that President Buhari delivered a speech about Africa and the late South African hero, Nelson Mandela, at the just concluded UN Assembly held in New York, USA.

During the speech, some delegates walked out while only few paid attention to the President of the most populous African nation.
