Nigeria's tribalist President, Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mr Abbas Umar Masanawa, a Muslim from Katsina State as the Managing Director of the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company.
Abbas Umar Masanawa appointment is among the recent Buhari's appointments that will assist him in winning the 2019 election as he will be in charge of the Printing of Ballot papers and sensitive Election materials.
