The indigenous  people of Biafra, IPOB in Japan has been reportedly captured in Tokyo waiting for the arrival of Nigeria president Bihari.

According to report obtained by our correspondent, Buhari is yet to be sighted as countless number of Biafra agitators standsby to welcome him in their own way.
