The Eastern Security Network, ESN, a security wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, in Southeast Nigeria, is accused of assassinating a native doctor, Paschal Okeke, from Umudim-Ukwu Orji, Awomama in Oru East Local Government Area of Imo State, over links with the Nigerian Police, Army, and IRT team.
A source close to the IPOB claimed that, “The native doctor that was beheaded in Awomanma , Imo state was the native doctor that prepares charm for the Nigeria military and police and he was the person that led the Nigeria military to Njaba River where they did some spiritual work before they went and killed Ikonso in his home town”.
“The native doctor was never part of ESN or does any work for ESN , the native doctor was on contract with the Nigerian police and army to help them track , neutralize ESN members whom they think are spiritually fortified to battle the Fulani herdsmen.”
