They want me to die so they will continue to attack innocent Nigerians without justification — Joe Igbokwe

 Popular Igbo politician and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Joe Igbokwe, has taken to social media to say that he is a product of God's bountiful mercies.

Joe Igbokwe, who is the spokesperson of the APC, Lagos State Chapter, is one of the illustrious sons of Igbo who has been consistently kicking against the activities of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu and his associates. 

He has been vehemently opposing the calls for disintegration, he recently called on Igbo elders to rise up and speak against secessionists in the South East region.

The Lagos State Cabinet Designate has always announced his believe and trust that Nigeria will be better if everyone comes together to work in unity.

He took to his Facebook account some minutes ago to write that some people wished him dead. He said that these people wish he kicks the bucket so that they will continue spewing their lies.

"They wished that Joe Igbokwe is no more, they wish that I go to the point of no return, they wish that I kick the bucket so that they will continue to spew their lies, preach caustic innuendoes and hate, and continue to attack innocent Nigerians without justification." Joe Igbokwe said at the beginning of his post.

He went further to say that God is the only giver of life and He alone has power over life and death. He also said that he is a product of God's bountiful mercies and blessings.

Joe Igbokwe added; "Mbanu, they are not God, God is the giver of life. He has power over life and death. I am by the grace of God a product of God's bountiful mercies and blessings. His banner is all over me. His mercies endureth forever. An endless alleluia. Amen".
