A Magistrate court sitting that initially denied the Bail Application filed by IPOB Legal Counsels, discharge and acquits 114 IPOB Women remanded in Owerri Prisons.
Recall that over 114 IPOB Women were abducted by the Imo State Police Command and charged for;
(i) Treason
(ii)Terrorism and other ungrounded charges.
The Women were remanded in Prison Custody, as the presiding Magiatrate denied the jurisdiction to grant Bail.

Today being the 24th Of August 2018, The Director For Public Prosecution (DPP) withdrew all the baseless charges against the Women, thus IPOB Legal counsels demanded that they be discharged by the Court.
IPOB Legal Team also demanded that the personal belongings of the victims, be returned to them, which was obliged by the court.
