Nigerian police CPL known as Theophilus with police number 410022 is on the run after shooting dead a police SGT in Osun election.
SGT Owai Owai AKA Temple was among the police officers deployed to secure Osun governorship election last month was shot by a CPL who many sources claimed the man is suffering from mental problem.
Owai Owai who is from Adim Baise LGA in Cross River State called his family memeber on that faithful day promised to return home for visit after the Osun election was killed over little dispute, close source says he killed him over N100.
His angry brother who refused to be mentioned seeks justice from the Nigeria police, the police should a mental text on all the officers before handling guns to them he says.
